Citation Reference: Article 52-17 (3) Citation Guidance: A Specified Holding Company shall take necessary measures for becoming a company which is no longer a Holding Company having a Bank as its Subsidiary Company by the day on which one year has elapsed from the end of the Business Year including the day on which the cause referred to in the preceding paragraph arose (hereinafter referred to as the "Last Day of the Grace Period" in this paragraph and paragraph (5)); provided, however, that this shall not apply to the cases where said Specified Holding Company has obtained authorization from the Prime Minister to remain as a Holding Company having a Bank as its Subsidiary Company even after the Last Day of the Grace Period. | ||
