Citation Audit

Citation: Article 66 ¶ 1 – Nominee shareholders and nominee directors of a legal entity shall maintain adequate, accurate and up-to-date information on the identity of their nominator and the nominator's beneficial owners and disclose them, as well as their status, to the legal entity. Legal entities shall report that information to the central register.
