Definition: Data related to Congress’s legislative, investigatory or oversight responsibilities of the Executive branch of the Federal government. This includes data related to proposed or pending legislation as well as inquiries submitted by Congress to Federal agencies, agency responses to those inquiries and any other information which, if disclosed, would reveal the nature and scope of Congressional inquiries.
